A Chartered Physiotherapist with a wealth of experience treating disorders affecting bones, joints, and muscles. I have spent my career developing and refining my knowledge and skills and I am passionate about movement as medicine. I am a certified Pilates Mat and Reformer teacher, 200 hours certified Hatha Yoga instructor and certified meditation teacher. I love to share sound health information and advice to help you take your health into your own hands.
My philosophy in my own life is that prevention is better than cure and I believe that a regular programme of appropriate exercise is the key to a fitter, healthier future. I work to help people to manage pain, improve mental and physical performance and participate in activities they enjoy.
I have a particular interest in Menopause and helping women to thrive up to, through and beyond the Menopause. This came about because of my own experiences and a general lack of information and guidance for women experiencing symptoms and challenges.
